Gentle, Non-Invasive Health Care

Chiropractic Care

Most people know that chiropractic care can help with pain and tension, but to Dr. Lindsey, it's the first stop in any natural health care journey. Not only does Dr. Lindsey focus on finding the source of your pain, not just getting rid of the symptoms, she is committed to finding ways outside of getting adjusted to maintain your chiropractic progress.

Through chiropractic techniques such as Activator Methods, Logan Basic, and Webster Technique, Dr. Lindsey is able to gently, and precisely remove nerve pressure allowing your body to heal and function at it's highest levels.

Chiropractic Care For Babies & Children

Working with babies and children to give them the best start in this life is one of Dr. Lindsey's passions. Pediatric care as an infant can help with nursing, digestion, movement and pain. While chiropractic adjustments on kids look completely different than on adults, the goal is the same...to decrease nervous system interference by removing subluxations. Dr. Lindsey has experience working with a wide range of kids, from those right out of the womb to child athletes with sports injuries and those on the spectrum.

Activator Methods

Activator Methods was co-founded by Dr. Arlan Fuhr in 1967. Since then, it has grown to be the most widely used low force chiropractic technique in the world and Dr. Lindsey's primary form of adjusting. The Activator instrument delivers a very controled, light and precise adjustment to the joint without causing additional strain on the body. There is no twisting, cracking or popping of the spine with this technique, yet results are effective and consistent. Data from over 150 peer reviewed studies & 26 clinical trials show that the Activator Method is as effective as traditional or diversified adjustive techniques.

Logan Basic

Developed by Logan University founder, Dr. Hugh B. Logan, Logan Basic is one of the lowest-force adjustive techniques. A system of body mechanics with special emphasis on pelvic and spinal distortions as well as the subluxations that affect spinal structures. Logan Basic Technique is a light force, full-spine adjusting procedure highlighting the correction of spinal and pelvic biomechanics. This year-long course emphasizes the benefits of Logan Basic in scenarios such as prenatal & pediactric care and chronic low back pain.

Webster

The Webster technique is a gentle chiropractic method that promotes optimal pelvic function and alignment through a specific chiropractic sacral anaylysis. The goal of the adjustment is to reduce the effects of the sacral/SI subluxation and to help to reduce soft tissue tension and relieve ligament stress. Sacral subluxations may contribute to difficult labor for the mother (i.e., dystocia), caused by inadequate uterine function, pelvic contraction, and baby mal-presentation. By correcting the sacral subluxation there may be a positive effect on all of these causes of dystocia.
